Seven Irrigation Zone Vales

First I had to remove bushes to work on the leak.
Then I tried to install them the way they were, no luck.
So I ended up putting two feed lines, one up & one down, that worked. One week of work. Now I will get rid of the edgeing & put in sod. 

Painted awning & Rescreening

Florida is notorious for mold. This awning was spotted like a leopard. Tryed Clorox did not a wisker, so I will try painting. It took 2 coats for the spots to go. I am satisfied for now, hope it will last, the material is canvas.











The screens under the awning were all rotted,
so had to rescreen 4 of them. Used fiberglass screening material.









Came out O.K. 

Master Bedroom

Flooring is done. Moulding needs to be nailed in & furniture put back. Mirrored sliders installed.
Then we will be back to normal, what ever that is.

Ethel removing moulding in closet & carpet tacker under rug edges.
Pile of flooring needs to be laid.

This is where it's at now. I'm tired so tomorrow is another day. I'm not going to do all the work while somebody is out playing BINGO. HA< HA< ha ! 

Guest Bedroom Floor Finished

First step---Carpet has to come out.
Carpet out, nail holes need filling, from the carpet tacking strips being removed.
Underlayment installed & we begin laying wood floor.
Finished Yep Eyy ! 

Pineapple

This is what it looks like now. Nothing like the ones in the store. Not getting enough water perhaps. Who knows ? 

Strap Clamp

This is a strap clamp, works quite well. I receieved a set of clamps from my daughter on my birthday. This was one of them, first time I used it. Made things a lot easier. Mom wanted a little stand to get my stero speakers off the floor. This is it, hope she will do the finishing.

We took a 2 hr. excursion on the Island Queen. Ran into a Pod of Dolphins, it was a very nice trip. Mom got sunburn on her face.
